Crust:
- 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 stick sweet butter (softened)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (sifted) pinch of salt
- Mix all together by hand.
Filling:
- 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teas. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Divide dough in half; makes 24 balls
Put in small muffin tin, press to bottom and sides. Add filling.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
