In large bowl, combine cereal and raisins; set aside.
In heavy gauge saucepan, combine corn syrup and butter. Bring to full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Add Butterscotch flavored morsels; stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.
Pour over cereal; mix well.
Press into foil-lined 13X9-inch pan.
Chill until set {about 10 minutes}.
Cut into 2X1-inch bars.
