• 3 cups all- purpose flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2/3 cups peanut butter
• 1/4 cup light corn syrup
• 3 Tbsp. milk
• peanut butter for center

In bowl stir flour, sugar and baking soda. Add oil, peanut butter, syrup and milk and slowly work into mixture.

Shape into a long roll about 2 inches in diameter. Chill for about one hour.

Remove and slice 1/8 thick and place half the slices on an ungreased cookie sheet. Add 1/2 tsp. of peanut butter to the center of each cookie. Cover with remaining slices. Gently seal edges with fork.

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes, and let sit till cool
