Cream butter and brown sugar. Add flour and nuts and mix well. Set aside one cup of mixture for topping. Press remainder in bottom of 8x8x2" baking pan. Bake 350° 12-15 minutes
Blend sugar and cream cheese till smooth. Add egg, milk, juice and vanilla. Beat well. Spread over baked crust.
Sprinkle with remaining topping. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes.
Cool and chill. Cut into diamonds.
