• 2 sticks oleo (let sit until soft enough to cream)
• 1 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. almond flavoring
  Preheat oven to 375º
  Cream above ingredients well
  Add:
  
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. cream of tarter
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 4 cups flour

Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 15-18 minutes.

Note: I would cut the oven temperature to 350 and check them after 10 minutes. The temp and time was okay for my old oven (which was gas), but I tried these tonight and the first batch burned. This is a very crisp cookie and to retain crispness. Cool completely on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
