Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-18 minutes.

Note: I would cut the oven temperature to 350 and check them after 10 minutes. The temp and time was okay for my old oven (which was gas), but I tried these tonight and the first batch burned. This is a very crisp cookie and to retain crispness. Cool completely on
a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
