Cinnamon Cream Cheese Squares
2 tubes (8-oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
2 pkg. (8-oz each) cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 Cup sugar, divided
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 Cup butter, melted
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Unroll one tube of dough and place in a lightly greased 13x9x2" pan. Seal seams and set aside
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 Cup sugar and vanilla till smooth. Spread over dough
Unroll remaining rube of dough and place over cream cheese mix, stretching to fit
Brush butter evenly over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon and remaining sugar
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or till done
Cool and cut into squares
Makes 3 dozen
