Greek Cookies


Cream butter with hand mixer. Add powdered sugar and egg; beat until very smooth. Add vanilla and gradually add flour until texture is pliable to work.

Bake at 375º for 15 to 20 minutes

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Tip:This recipe can be tricky. Best to make these cookies on a dry day
