ANALYSIS: Hands down the most promiscuous of all the characters, this rooster's beak was mysteriously lost or removed, presumably in an accident, and replaced with a full-metal prosthetic. Now the top agent of the Fiendish Organization for World Larceny, this meticulously groomed bird is cool-headed in a crisis...to a point. He periodically gets pushed over the edge and exhibits an extremely violent side. Bottom line...he's just really really gay. He's like Vash the Stampede gay...
Steelie is a bit arrogent, and obsessed with his appearence. Whenever he appears on the show, he is always filing his nails, or polishing his beak or something equally...well, you know. His self-obsession seems to result from his injury...he over-compensates for his disfigurement. His life is a constant quest for acceptance.
Steelie's quite the fashion plate, and tends to wear sharp suits and ties. The show seems to suggest that he dated women. That's entirely plausibe, despite the fact that he is clearly gay. Above all, Steelbeak is seeking approval, and he supplements this by being really slutty. He sleeps with everyone he meets, because he is looking for validation.
