ANALYSIS: Megavolt is a rare bird...that is, an even rarer non-bird. He is one of the only characters on the show with a phycial reason for his insanity. His electrical powers have permanently dameged his brain, particularly the parts that govern memory, logic, and Creating a Non-Freaky Voice.
Despite this apparent weakness, Meg makes up for the fried parts of his brain by having other, overly-functional parts. He's a genius about anything related to physics, math, or any other theoretical stuff. Particle beam physics, the Cosmic Mircrowave Background...this Champagne Rat has it all locked up. He's also extremely creative, and able to find nifty ways of getting out of a tight spot.
When he's not running around rescuing lightbulbs from enslavement, Megavolt often spends time with fellow super-villain Quackerjack. He is also associated with Bushroot, the Liquidator, and Negaduck through the Fearsom Five organization. Megavolt seeks to create chaos and gets a kick out of upsetting natural order. He also welcomes a bit of companionship every now and then.
