PRAYER REQUEST From Melody Spending all my time loving and caring for my Beloved Frank. This past Friday we went to the Oncologist and this is his report. He told us that he really wished that he could give us some good news but unfortunately he couldn't. His cancer is spread and continuing to spread at an alarming rate. It has even started to eat away at one of his ribs and he suspects his left femur. He was put on Morphine, an anti-inflamatory, and other medication. So this last week and this week and being prepared for this with leaving paper trails. Will, power of attorney - etc. I cannot begin to tell you what is going on inside me as I watch the light going out of my beloveds eyes. Please, please, please continue to keep him in your prayers and me also. I want to thank everyone who has been sending emails and cards. It is so much appreciated. I love you all. I have an urgent prayer request. My brother, David, was taken to the hospital last night around midnight. We don't know for sure what's wrong, but part of it a major infection (blood toxins and poisons have been found in the blood tests run today) which may have spread throughout his body, possibly his brain also! This is serious. Also, his step-daughter is overdue with the delivery of her baby. We hope and pray that things will work out that Dana, my sister-in-law, can be with Christa when she delivers which could happen any time now. His ability to move is progressing and his strength is increasing. I believe that now it is time to gather all prayer power we can get. Next thursday (2nd November) is Kaj's x-ray examination and then we will hear more about breaks in cervical spine. Something good has happened this week. Dear sisters and brothers in Christ, from the bottom of my heart I thank you for your prayers for my seriously injured friend Kaj. I've been travelling, so apologies that updating is delayed. Praise to Lord, Kaj is progressivily getting better, little by little. Bad news is that his cervical spine is not ossified. But something healing has happened in it and now Kaj can support his neck little by himself. It is God's miracle, and I believe that it is sign that Jesus is going to restore Kaj's health and body completely. I ask you all keep on praying for Kaj. It is very important now. I believe that totally healing is close. I don't know how Kaj can live every day life if his cervical spine is broken. Next x-ray examination is 7th December. Please pray for Sally. Sally received the news from the Dr. that her pap smear came back positive for cancer. She has since had tests done which show a large growth near her falopian tube. She was to get a biopsy done this week. Today she felt excrutiating pain in that area and went to the hospital. My mom is there with her now. They have done a c.a.t. scan and are waiting for the electronic results to come back from minneapolis. Depending on these results, she may have to have surgery done right away. The ultasound tests done on her show the mass but they cannot tell from those if the mass is blood or tissue. She will be in the hospital until at least Monday. They want to wait until her regular doctor is back in town until they do anything, but this depends on the results of the c.a.t. scan.

My pastor took a tumble outside on his patio stones yesterday. He is elderly and lives alone. He says it hurts when he breaths and his wrist is also in pain. I told him he should go and get checked out at the hospital because he has already spent one sleepless night due to pain, and he needs to be sure no bones are cracked or broken. He promised me he would seek God about it and go to the hospital if God wanted him to (whether he wanted to or not)

hello, I have a friend ( whom I'm calling Scarlet )that recently fell from Grace with me. She at one time was in ministry and fell. However as I tried to help her, we both fell even further. She's my best friend and I love her more than anyone else besides God. We're not talking anymore so that we can be strong in God again. I miss her and I ask that you pray that she becomes strong again. She has guilt and shame. If God forbid me to talk to her again, I will do that.
