Dear Sir/Madam,

The chilren living in eastern and southern Turkey have been facing mass murders, executed by the PKK since 1984, the dimensions of which day by day come closer to the limits of savagery.

Some of them are uprooted from their lives, and some are made orphan. Most terrible and sorrowful, they are made to live in fear in eastern and aoutheastern Turkey.

Fear, violence and terror feed one another.

And terror grows with its victims.

We call once again with the opportunity of the "World Human Rights Day":

Being sensitive to the terrorist organization PKK, its mass murders, and international terrorism is a humanitarian duty.

We invite you to the fullmilment of this sacred duty.
