Ricki,
Your memorial for Christopher is beautiful. Chris is in heaven with the rest of our angels, and they are watching over all of us. Take each day one day at a time, and when that is to much, take each hour, minute, or even second as it comes. I wish I could say the years will dull the pain, but I lost Crystal 8 yrs. ago on the 16th of Dec. The pain for me has not dulled, I have just learned to live with it, the best way I can. Always remember you are in my thoughts and prayers. GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!

December 15, 1998 What a doll!!!!!!!! This world is a little less bright with the loss of each one of our angels. Bonni Smith |
 | | | December 15, 1998 I picked a rose because it stands for love- and the deep love the two of you had for each other that nothing will ever change. I picked two angels- one to look over mom while she is here on earth, and the other represents Chris and his love for animals. Ricki- it's a beautiful memorial, and I know Chris is proud of it and all you've done in his memory. Pam |

December 16, 1998 So sorry to read about the loss of your son to such a tragic way. I can't imagine the pain. I lost my son to CF in Nov of 97 but God gave my some time to prepare for what
was to be. I hope and pray you have found justice and God has granted you peace. My prayeras are with you. Remember the symbol of the butterfly as rebirth and a free spirit. Judy Zubovic Matthew's Mom (Garden of Angels)

January 7, 1999 For what is it to die but to stand naked in the wind and melt into the sun? And what is it to cease breathing, but to free the breath from its restless tides, that it may rise and expand and seek God unencumbered? Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing. And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb. And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then you shall truly dance. -Khalil Gibran Remember that love transcends the barrier of death. In hopes that in the realm beyond...you two shall dance together again. Love, Jen |

February 3, 1999 Dear Ricki, It is so sad that this happened to you. A safe place like Omaha to raise a child and this happens. I am so sorry. I would love to meet you and learn more about Christopher when I am in Omaha soon. Love to you.

February 16, 1999 What a darlin boy, so full of life and love and so missed by his adoring mum and brother. I take comfort that my own son has so many friends in heaven while we are friends on earth waiting for us all to be reunited. He had everything to live for, such a tragic loss of a lovely budding young man. Always will be loved and always will be missed but never ever ever forgo. Ann Gorman
