The departure of Roger Howarth (ex-Todd) hasn't hurt the unique relationship of Todd and Starr. Recast Trevor St. John works well with little Kristen Alderson (Starr), and the father/daughter schemes have remained touching and delightful. Todd's enlistment of the girl to win back Blair has proved these two share a real emotional bond, and he remains present in his child's life in a way that's rare on soaps. Sure, Todd's not teaching her the Golden Rule, but Starr doesn't want to learn it. They're OLTL's best nonromantic couple.
