To My Loved Ones

As I look down on the earth that I left behind,
I see my loved ones with tears in their eyes.
There's no need for tears, I am so happy now,
God embraced me tightly when we said our goodbyes.

I am in such a glorious place, it's beyond any words.
Golden streets, and beautiful angels everywhere.
No more sorrow or tears, the pain is all gone...
So dear loved ones, don't cry for me down there.

Please know I'll always love you,
And keep my memory in your heart.
But no tears of sadness - smile for me now
Because all the troubles of earth I did depart.

Think of me fondly,
And know I'm with you,
When you look at a rose
Sprinkled with dew.

Or if a gentle breeze you feel
While watching the sun set...
Know it comes from my wings
Because I'm still with you yet.

I know it's hard to let go,
And to say final goodbyes,
But I'll always be with you
To kiss the tears from your eyes.

And though my body left you,
My love for you is still there in your heart.
One day we'll be together forever...
In heaven with God...we will never again part.

So think of me now with happiness,
Remember all the good times we did share.
And know you have a Guardian Angel...
Because I will always be there.

Feel my love in the warm sunshine,
Hear my song when a bird sings.
Feel my touch in a soft spring shower,
And know I'm part of all of these things.
