All the books had to get removed, wiped down and soaped, then laid out spine down and got a bleach spray, followed by three days in the sun. |

This was the condition of two of the shirts in the hanging locker. I actually was able to save one, after a lot of scrubbing, soaking, soaping and bleaching. Not good for a night out, but great on passages, when you really can use a thin, lightweight, white cotton shirt. |

The damn roaches ate three entire sausages from Martinique! The ones here are another four or so that were only half gone. |

Here are the tools of the trade...the little yellow wet/dry vac was invaluable. It sucked up at least six buckets of roaches over all, before it finally died. |
