February 2	Kim hopes she was able to get through to Molly, who is about to testify. Molly wavers, but seeing the bond between Holden, Lily and their baby strengthens her resolve and she tells the court her version of what happened. Holden tells Tom that Jack is not on vacation, but looking for evidence. Tom hopes that Jack will get back here in time.

February 4	A concerned Holden finally tells Margo what Jack is up to and Margo goes to check it out. Hal testifies that he believes that there could be another suspect, but the evidence against Holden is overwhelming. As Molly considers Kim's plea to tell the truth, Tom recalls her to the stand.
February 5	Tom warns Holden not to lose his temper on the stand, as Holden's concern over Jack's disappearance deepens. After Tom and the DA make their closing arguments, the judge goes off to deliberate.
February 6	Holden is found guilty. Margo and Hal search through the audio tapes to find out where Teague could be. When they hear mention of the cabin, they track down Teague's wife, who tells them where it is. Hal orders a chopper.
February 9	After Ben kills Teague, he works frantically to save Jack's life. Hal and Margo arrive, and Carly turns over the shirt they found as evidence.
February 10	Kirk starts to grill Sam about James, but Margo's call to Sam interrupts them before Kirk can reveal what he knows.
February 11	Sam admits to Margo that she has an atomizer like the one James used in his escape.
February 12	Lucinda lays into Margo for questioning Sam. Lily talks a reluctant Sam into being the bait for James. When Lucinda arrives and hears about the plan, she protests initially, but agrees if they let Margo in on it.
February 13	Margo and Sam wait to meet with James' lawyer. Margo leaves, pretending to be suspicious of Sam, who claims to be in trouble and in need of James' help.

February 17	Tom asks Margo to play hooky, but she has to beg off because of the plan to catch James. Sam tries to get Lucinda and Lily to warn Margo, but she has already left.
February 18	Expecting James, Margo is shocked to meet David instead. She brings him in, accusing him of working with James, but David claims he thought he was meeting Emily. Tom runs into a distraught Emily at the movies. They chat; Emily asks him to put in a good word to Lisa about giving her a job at The Argus.
February 19	Andy enlarges the photo and shows it to Margo, who can't identify the third guard. Andy tries to clarify the image on the computer.
