	In the 22nd century man was able to colonize other planets. There were many of these colonies, and most of them later on became independent. By the year 2134, these independent planet-states created a U.N. type organization called the "Galactic League". A year later the Galactic League created the WWWA (World-Wide Welfare Association). The 3WA (for short) is actually a trouble shooter organization. Wether it was crime, monetary, or medical, 3WA trouble consultants were there ready to help. The trouble consultants have no restrictions regarding a case. Wether it is to go in and out of planets as they please or it is to get more ammunitions. These trouble consultants are known by their code-name which is also the name of their ship. Out of all of them there was a pair of trouble consultants that was famous for dealing with their cases, Kei and Yuri. They definitely got the job done, but with it came a trail of destruction. Their code-name is "The Lovely Angels", but they were known better as "The Dirty Pair".
