The Few, The Proud, The Links
Last Update: July 30, 1997
A Few Other Nintendo 64 Pages:
Rather than list all 100 of the other Nintendo 64 pages out
there, we've put together a small collection of what we think are
the best and most original N64 sites outside of N64
HQ.
- Nintendo Power Source
This is the only official source of N64
information. Nintendo Power Source, which is run by
Nintendo of America, contains exclusive interviews,
previews, news and much more. Also provides information
on the other Nintendo systems.
- N64.com
This is Imagine's much-ballyhooed Nintendo 64-only
website. The main strength of this page is the daily news
and previews.
- Nintendojo
A very nice Nintendo 64 page. One of the major highlights
of Nintendojo is the elaborate specials that come from
all over the world.
- Nintendo 64 Gazetta
The N64 Gazetta has good use of color, tables, fonts and
more to make this an attractive web site. No longer just
run by Web-Slinger, there are now daily updates.
- Spawn's
Nintendo 64
An oldie but goodie. There's tons of news, links,
hardware information, games information and more.
- Nintendo - Zone 64
Some of the folks in Nintendo-mad Germany have put
together a nice N64 site. Be forewarned, though, the site
is completely in German.
- Pagina
de N64
This Nintendo 64 page is completely in Spanish. So if
Spanish is your native language, you might want to check
it out.
- Chaos Kids
N64 Game Ratings Summary
Here's a handy page which contains the game ratings from
all the different magazines for all the currently
released Nintendo 64 games.
Best Sites for Other Systems
Here are the best sites dedicated to other video game systems,
like the Sega Saturn, Sony PlayStation, Virtual Boy, Nintendo
Entertainment System and Sega Master System. Unfortunately, when
it comes to PlayStation websites, there is no single "one
stop shop" for information.
- Dave's Sega Saturn
& PC Games Page
Dave has the best place around for information on Sega's
Saturn and PC games. He's got a ton of stuff here. Check
out news, reviews, literally hundreds of screenshots and
much more!
- The PlayStation
Galleria
The best PSX website if you're looking for reviews and
background information on PlayStation games.
- PlayStation Gamer
If you're looking for news and previews rather than
reviews, then you might want to check out this PSX site.
- Anime
PlayStation
There is no better place for Japanese PlayStation
information. Reviews, previews, cheats, release dates,
etc.
- PlayStation Nation
As one of the more comprehensive PSX sites out there,
PlayStation Nation is slowly but surely getting better.
- D'Bomb
Virtual Boy Page
The page on the Net for Nintendo's now-defunct oddity. It
contains a nice selection of reviews, codes, and
question/answer sessions.
- The
Unofficial "World of Nintendo!!!"
There are thousands of cheats for all Nintendo systems,
hundreds of Nintendo-related pictures, message boards and
more!
- NES WORLD
Arguably the most comprehensive and best NES website on
the Internet. There are reviews, instruction manuals,
emulation stuff and a lot more.
- tsr's NES archive
Almost as good as NES WORLD and better in some ways. One
of the coolest things is the use of actual graphics from
NES games throughout the site. You can find cheats, FAQs,
instructions, rare stuff and more.
- PAF --
Sega Master System Home Page
Pretty much the best website around for Master System
information. There are reviews and box scans and a chat
room.
Other Interesting Links
Here are some other links we think you may like. Most are
video game-related and range from online magazines to fan sites
to handy resources.
- VideoGameSpot
VideoGameSpot is the sister site of the PC GameSpot page.
VideoGameSpot is much more than a news center. Besides
news, they have reviews, previews, cheats and loads of
media files. They also have an all-star cast of writers.
Be sure to check this website out.
- GameFan Online
GameFan Online is actually better than the print magazine
in some ways. The information is more accurate, there is
more news from Japan, yet the online site still retains
the superb picture quality that GameFan has always been
known for.
- Next Generation
Online
Next Generation Online is still one of the best places to
check for news daily. Lots of movie & picture
previews, plus new news every day (although some of the
news is useless) make this a must-look.
- Game Informer
Magazine
This is the online version of the Game Informer magazine.
Nice daily news, previews, reviews and much more. It
might surprise you.
- Teleparc
Teleparc is a Japanese website, which is
also in English, that deals with the latest news,
previews and reviews of the Japanese market. If you're
into the import scene, then you might want to check this
out. Highly recommended.
- Electronic Gaming
Monthly
This is the official website of Electronic Gaming
Monthly. However, it's not really a news, review and
preview site like the ones above. Its basic purpose is to
provide information about the magazine and its contents.
- EGM2
This is the official website of EGM2. However, it's not
really a news, review and preview site like the ones
above. Its basic purpose is to provide information about
the magazine and its contents.
- Video Games On Line
VGOL is the only comprehensive on-line directory
servicing every market segment of the electronic gaming
industry.
- VIDEOGAME ADVISOR
VGA is an educational tool for professionals within the
interactive gaming industry. As a trade publication, VGA
is written for buyers, distributors, agents, managers,
and representatives in a timely, objective and
informative fashion so as to increase general product
awareness.
- Xenon Labs: The
Universal Currency Converter
This place is just incredible! Convert back and forth

- The Hi-Fi
Gaming page
If your modem is fast and your hard drive is big, then

Stereo), compressed sound files are stored here. This
amazing compression is achieved with MPEG Audio Layer 3
compression.

computer site, but don't know the address, then there's a
pretty good chance you'll find it here.
- The
Derivative Online
The Derivative Online is the WWW version of the XLOVGM
newsletter. It once started out as a nifty little
newsletter just reiterating all the video game and
computer game news over each week. You can now check it
out on the WWW. Besides all the news, you can expect
chat, files to download and a WWW board.

pages to form one website covering the whole spectrum of
the video game realm. They offer plenty of updates for
all the systems.

includes tons of reviews, information and audio samples
from video game soundtrack CDs.
- Zero Gravity
An interesting online magazine devoted to covering the
Nintendo 64, Sega Saturn and Sony PlayStation.
- Secrets of the Sega

archive, in addition to the "Video Games Top
100" list which you can submit votes to.
