Aids to help you in considering the possible tours in Tokyo. Remember that there are only 2 tour days in Tokyo and it is NOT possible to see it all! Therefore, of all the possible tour days given, ONLY TWO – again – ONLY TWO are possible with perhaps some small degree of being able to see other things in close proximity to the main tour items. NP:Ja will cover transportation and entrance fees only to those Building Blocks listed on the Study Day Planning Sheet, from which I have provided these web links. In order to keep costs in line, our group would need to bear the cost of any impromptu stops or visits on the Study days. If we make special requests to visit sites not listed on the Planning sheet, then the group will be responsible for covering the transportation and entrance fees if there are any. Be aware that the hot, humid summers weather will slow the pace of the day. This trip will involve LOTS OF WALKING. Thus, you will probably want to stop for refreshments regularly. Also note that most temples and shrines close around 5:00 p.m. and most museums are close on Mondays or Tuesday if Mondays falls on a national holiday – see, it is possible to have a national holiday and still take an additional day because you missed your holiday while you were having another holiday ;-)
