Enjoy a leisurely trip in the NJ Pine Barrens along scenic Cedar Creek with the NJ Dragon boat team. It's a good respite from the "awful stuff" we race in NYC. The 3 hour trip (w/o stopping) runs a "tad" longer with extra-activities like a picnic, water fights, rope swinging like Tarzan or Jane, or whatever. The narrow creek sets the stage for an entertaining show of steerer "wanna-bees" as they leave dents along the winding river banks! The views along the water show us Jersey nature at it's best. Secure canoes by Wednesday for the weekend rental at any of these canoes/kayaks rentals during the busy time of year. To book canoes, we need to know the following:
• How many in your party are going
• Did you want a canoe or keowee (a short 1 person kayak)
• Have you ever canoed before?
• Your weekend contact number.

  • Optional: Water weapons (i.e, supersoakers), bailers, dry bags, cooler, camera(in a ziploc bag) etc
