Misty was walking to the swimming pool through the hall of Athens's Hotel. It was summer time, and the golden sunshine was just as beautiful as the blue sky. It was the first time Misty ever went on his own vacation, which he had not even imagined before the holy battle was over. Although he was all alone right now, it did not stop him from enjoying himself. The pool was getting nearer and it seemed that nobody was there. Misty jumped into the water from the deepest part of the pool and swam to the other side like a whale. Very soon he was in the shallower water. Just as soon as he got his head out of the water surface he saw a black-long-hair girl with a light blue bikini swimming suit. She was kind of astonished by Misty's sudden appearence. "Oh, I am sorry. Did I scare you?" Misty appologized with a kind smile. The girl had already calmed down a little bit, "It wasn't your fault." And she smiled back,"I'm fine." "I really should be more careful next time. Not only one of my friends told me that I was like a torpedo under water when I swam, but I just can't help it." Misty said. "Oh, don't worry about that, actually I really admire those who can swim so well." "She's so nice." Misty thought in his mind and asked her,"By the way, I haven't got your name yet." "I'm Laura." The girl said with a gorgeous smile. "Nice to meet you, Laura. My name's Misty." "You too, Misty." "Laura, would you mind if I ask you to swim together?" Misty asked. "I would love to, but I'm not a good swimmer." Laura said with a little blush on her pretty face, "I'm afraid to go into the deep water." "Don't be afraid. Actually you could swim more easily in the deep water than in the shallower part." Misty was trying to comfort her, " And I will be next to you if you trust me." Laura looked a little hesitant, but she replied very quickly, "OK." They swam together to the deeper water. Misty kept about an arm distant from Laura so that he can reach her at any time if she got tired or scared. After a longer while--it certainly took a much longer time than Misty would--they swam back to the shallow water again. "You were pretty good, Laura." Misty smiled, "It was not that hard, right?" "Oh, right." Laura looked kinds of exciting, "I never swam in such deep water before. Thanks, Misty!" "So you want to do it again?" "Sure!" While they were swimming to the deeper part again, Misty watched Laura in a mood of delight. He found that she was wearing a silver necklace with a beautiful aquamarine around her white and delicate neck. The aquamarine was shining so gorgeously under the sun, and it looked perfectly wonderful with Laura's light blue swimming suit. The whole body of her was just like a refined aquamarine. By the third time they got back to the shallow water, Laura became very tired. "Huu! I can't swim any more or I am gonna sink to the bottom in the next round!" She gasped. Misty grined and said:"Let's take a break." They were both floating in the shoulder-deep water and start talking about something while they were resting. Laura told Misty that she was from China and currently studying in an American university as a junior, and she was spending her summer vacation here because she was so obsessed about Greece, which was a country immersed in romantic atmosphere of mythology. They talked about a lot of interesting things and laughed. Suddenly, Laura slipped accidently while she was laughing, and her head was drowned by the water very quickly. Misty immediantly moved his body forward to hold Laura's arms and lifted her up. "Are you OK, Laura?" He asked worrily, "Did the water choke you?" "Oh,my! I'm OK." There was still some frightened expression on her face, " Thank you." "It's my fault. I should watch you more carefully." "Oh, no. It was I who was too careless." Laura was very appreciate that Misty hold her just now. Almost at the same time, they realized that they were so close to each other and suddenly stopped talking. They looked into each other's eyes and their breath became heavier and heavier. After a short time of silence, Misty slowly moved closer to Laura. Laura closed her eyes. Finally, Misty's lips attached with Laura's. It was so quiet around the pool, only their breath could be heard. After an unknown time, they stopped kissing. Laura's face was blushing like a blooming, red rose, but she still looked at Misty's eyes daringly and said, "I like you, Misty." Misty could not control his passion but kiss Laura again.
They continued to date after that day. Two weeks later, Laura had to go back to America. Misty drove her to the airport and promised her he would fly to see her. Their love did not become any insipid during Laura's stay in America, although they did not have that many chances to see each other very often. Two years later, after Laura graduated from university, they got married in Athens' Hotel where they met. They were meant for each other since they were born. In the night that they were married, Laura said to Misty with happy tears in her eyes, " I wish all the lovers in the world could be as lucky as we are." And they kissed. They know that they would be a couple of life-time lovers.
