This website has ceased of updates since late 2000. I have thought about renewing it before (my new design is still here) but it did not happen due to my commitments to work and studies. I know there are many broken links and everything is outdated (even the counter is gone...oh well), but I decided to leave it up here. I was very proud of what I have done and I am very glad that MAX or non-MAX fans enjoyed it. It has brought quite a large number of people interest into MAX and that was my original goal of making this page. I want to thank MAX for bringing such great entertainment, songs and dances...and also you guys for your support.
I still listen to MAX's music, watch their TV shows and so on but I just don't have the time to update MAXimum Harmony. If I get enough support once again I might spend sometime to re-upload my old clips and perhaps make new ones. (My current email account is mlal@ihug.com.au) If you have emailed me before, I'm afraid it did not reach me because my other email account does not exist now. Anyway, continue and support MAX and have a great day!

Hello and welcome to my MAX homepage! MAX is one of the most popular singing/dancing group in Japan, well known by many J-POP lovers around the world. MAX are Nana, Reina, Mina and Lina; they debuted in 1992 (Mina & Nana) /1994 (Reina and Lina) and MAX was formed officially in 1995. MAX is a visual group, (yeah! very visual indeed~) and traditionally they sing fast eurobeat songs (got famous as the Eurobeat queens in japan, after launching their big seller MAXMAXIMUM Album), and in the last two years they have switched to a more "balanced approach", trying out many different styles of songs.
Their song "Give me a shake" really shook me, and caught my attention during the 97' Kouhaku Utagassen. Hence I have spent some time creating a webpage for them, to show you some of MAX's successes and attractiveness! To be honest, all MAX's songs are brilliant and none of them disappoint me.
My main objectives in making this page is to introduce to you how great MAX
are if you haven't heard of MAX, and hopefully I can "generate" some
MAX fans! On the other hand for those of you who are MAX freaks already then
my job is to make you like them even more!! hehe ^_^ Most importantly, I wish
you can join us in talking about MAX at the MAX Message board. You can access
the board by clicking on the board icon at the top of side menu.
