a summary of my activities in october 2002 write me!
10/1 Writing for the sake of getting October up and running. It's late night the first and I'm procrastinating on a chart for VJTech. I think I've got the idea... got it under control... I just can't pick a key because I don't have a piano here and I don't have perfect pitch. So I could guess and be like "Hmmm I think that's D I'm singing it in...." and then find out it's B or something. So. I don't know. I'll do it sometimes here... any second now. I think tomorrow is going to be a nap day. yes. All is well in my world right now, for the most part. A few social issues here or there, but nothing tragic or unresolvable. So, I'm happy. Classes are going as well as one would hope... and that's about it from here. I'm going to go do that chart now, I swear...
10/13 Writing tonight from Denton after a weekend in College Station with Danielle and Ethan and out mutual friend (still in HS in Plano) Nini. It was a super weekend... got to hang out with those kids, as well as with Kelli McAfee and Ryan Mitchell, both of whom graduated with me and now attend A&M. So, that was a good time. My pictures page, which you can find here has since been updated, thanks to Danielle and her fantastic digital camera. Whoop. As it were. Um, the only bad thing about having gone out of town this weekend is that I didn't really get to do just a whole lot of studying, and week eight starts tomorrow, and with week eight comes midterms. So, yuck. Tomorrow I have tests in Music History and Theory. I also sing again in Vocal Jazz Techniques. But that's really about it, so by noon (which is only 10 hours from now, yikes) the stress will be over, one way or another. Hm. 10 hours. I should go to bed. But do check out the pics! I'm cute! So are my friends!
