5/27 I just finished writing the April update... so let's see... what did I do in May? Well, let's see, we had Spring Show, with a movie theme, on the 4th. On the 7th, my 6th graders went to festival and got 2, 2, 1. Also on the 7th, Uncle Dexter passed away. So, the following week, I flew to West Virginia to go to the funeral, visitation etc. The 14th was Whirlyball with my 6th graders. On the 15th I threw a farewell party for Dean, our young adult minister, who is going to Carrollton for an internship. The next week was my last week of school, we got out on the 21st. That night I sang in Ms. Clowe's annual recital, along with Tim and Carrie. The 23rd was a bridal shower for Lindsay, who is getting married on the 12th of next month. The 24th I took my 7th and 8th graders to Six Flags. The 25th, Michael turned nine and I celebrated the fifth anniversary of graduating from high school. And today it's the 27th. I'm headed out the door right now to sing karaoke with Dani at the VFW. heh. I'll make a point of updating the site a bit more extensively... later.
