6/6 Well tonight I update from the Smith family home, where the internet is fast! My internet is silly, in that my dialtone is somehow abnormal, so my computer has a hard time connecting... and then on the freak chance that it does connect, it doesn't last long. There's not really very much going on right now... things with Andrew continue to go well, although we're starting to get noticed by other church folks, most notably girls in grades 6 through 10, who do a lot of very obvious whispering and smiling. So... I can't decide whether I'm flattered or bothered or annoyed or what... but at least in one or two extreme cases, I'm pretty sure I can go with annoyed. It's just very very obvious and silly and puts a little pressure on us that is new. One of those... cute the first hundred times but getting old... kind of things. Like I said, not a lot going on these days... working some at Crabtree, probably averaging about 20 hours a week... this week I think I'm getting 24 hours... three 8-hour days. I took the weekend off the coming weekend for Lindsay's wedding on the 12th. Very exciting. Tomorrow I'm going shopping with Sara to see if there's something fun and new I'd like to wear to that. Hm. No other big plans in my immediate future... nice lazy summer, I guess. So... I'll sign off.
