Once you have decided which class to enter your adult tiniquine or tiniquine foal in than you go an see if that show is being run. If it isn't you'll have to select another show to enter. If it is open then you need to enter before the deadline.
Deadlines.
The deadline is when the host of the show, Raven only at this time, will no longer accept entries and the applications will be closed.
Fees.
The entry fee is the amount of SF you have to pay to have your tiniquine entered in the show. The fee goes into the purse, and other important uses.
Once all the deadline passes and all the entrants are in I will tally up how many chances each tiniquine has to win. Tiniquines with previous show wins have more of a chance to win due to past experience.
Then I will give each tiniquine a number, or a set of numbers if they have more than one chance to win. Each tiniquine will get a number based upon how many chances they have to win. If it has 3 chances to win it would get three numbers and so on and so forth.
Once the numbers have been assigned I will put them all into a randomizer and let it choose the winners, 1st through 5th place.
If your tiniquine has ten extra chances to win it can still only win one placing and one prize.
Each time your tiniquine wins it gets another extra chance to win the next show or championship.
Only those specified before the show may enter championships or specialty shows.
How do you decide the winner of a show? Well, all names for shows, EXCLUDING halter shows are given numbers or a set of numbers based upon how many changes they have to win and randomly selected via randomizer, for 5th to 1st place order, or vice versa. Tiniquines that have one previous shows have more chances to win. They get one extra chance to win for every show they have won a place in previously. If the parents of that particular tiniquine have won 1 major (Champion, Specialty, Best in Show) show or 2 minor (Non-specialty) shows or more shows they get an extra chance to win.
How do you decide a halter show winner? This is not limited to random selection of names and has nothing to do with past show records, unless they are halter show wins. It's all based upon opinion, looks, and patterns. Raven may be the only judge or might have a panel of judges. Raven and the panel, of you have one decide which tiniquine looks the best in their opinions, which looks second best, and so on, for whatever reason, and decide the winner that way.
