Swedish Meatballs(Köttbullar)
This is a standard recipie.
400 grams mixed minced meat usally it's 50%pork and 50% beef.(blandfärs)
2 middlesized boiled and cold potatoes(potatisar), could also be 4 tablespoons(msk) of breadcrumbs(ströbröd) not sweetened or 3/4 decilitre of porridge oats(havregryn).
1 tablespoon(msk) of potato flour(potasismjöl)
1 egg(ägg)
1,5 tea-spoon(tsk) salt
1,5 (krm) black- or whitepepper(svart-eller vitpeppar)
about 2 tablespoons(msk) fine chopped onion(finhackad lök)
Mix everything and make meatballs. Fry them until they're done.
I want to say that there's probably as many recipies as there are households. Everyone has it's own special spices.
