Vegetarisk kinagryta

Vegetarian Chinacasserol

(4 pers.)

1 burk(ca 300gr) skivade champinjoner

1 can(aprox. 300 grams) sliced mushrooms

1 röd och 1 grön paprika

1 red and 1 green peppers

1 stor gul lök(skivad)

1 large (yellow) onion(sliced)

1 burk böngroddar(frivilligt)

1 can bean sprouts(voluntary)

1-2 msk olja

1-2 tablespoons cookingoil

Sås: Cnaminjonspadet

Sauce: the liquid og the mushrooms

1/2 msk olja

0,5 tablespoon cookingoil

3 msk vinäger

3 tablespoons vinegar

4 msk fairnsocker

4 tablespoons brown sugar

4 msk tomatpuré

4 tablespoons tomatopuré

1 krm chilipeppar

1 smorler than teaspoon chilipepper

1 tsk potatismjöl

1 teaspoon potatoflour

1 pressad vitlöksklyfta

1 squeesed clove of garlic

 

Gör så här:

Do like this:

1. Stek lök, svamp, paprika och böngroddar i olja

1. Fry the onion, mushroom, peppers and bean sprouts in oil.

2. Koka en sås av alla de övriga ingredienserna i en gryta.

2. Boil a sauce of the other ingredients in a pot.

3. Blanda ner grönskasröran och låt koka ihop i ett par minuter.

3. Mix the vegatables into it and let it boil for a few minutes.

4.Servera med ris, jordnötter och skivad banan.

4. Serve with rice, peanuts and sliced banana.

 

I usally don't use the bean sprouts and garlic.

Instead I do put bamboo shoots.
