A Letter From Jenny
Dear Mommy, don't you mourn for
me,
My spirit has not died.
My soul is here along with God,
Jesus never lied.
He held my hand to calm my fear,
My Faith in him was strong.
I know you wanted me to stay
But leaveing was not wrong.
God chose the best to give me life
But He gave me a soul,
You loved the best so what I am
But God, He loved the whole.
You gave me all the love I'd need,
I couldn't ask for more.
I can't come back to be with you,
I've entered Heaven's door.
Those who loved me, loved me well,
That love is with me still
And all who mourned will not forget,
I know you never will.
My earthy time I'll not forget,
It meant so much to me,
But, here my soul's at peaceful rest.
It's where I want to be.
From here I long to touch your soul,
From here, my body lies.
From here, I long to dry the tears
I see shine in your eyes.
Please help my Daddy live his life,
You need each other so.
I caused much pain because I left,
But Mom, I had to go.
Don't forget my Jack and Joe
or Jess I left with you.
Your job with them's not over yet,
You Have to see it through.
Remeber always how deep I Loved
And you above the rest,
'Cause Mother dear, when God gave
me
He gave me the best.
