(Click on the thumbnails to get a bigger version).
Help yourself to the photo's if you want them. If you need more hi-res
ones
I can post them via email - jim@curved-logic.com
Part #1 - Burger King and Lime St.
We started with a slap-up lunch in Burger King on Lime St. station.
It was really interesting, and I was really nervous I'd commited myself
to a day out with a bunch of spotty internetters.
Having travelled through here twice a day for 12 months, I had little
trouble finding it.
Lee in one of his darker moments.
Trains! Just to prove we really were at a station.
Ang looking pretty silly (not for the last time that day.)
Raz, complete with gob-stopper.
Part #2 On the way to the Docks.
Ang reckoned it would be a good idea to go to the Royal
Albert docks and have a sneaky wee peek at where my
heroes Richard & Judy used to work.
The bottom of Dave's (or Lee's) car.
Some sky with a bit of the Liver Building in it.
Taken precariously whilst trying to navigate Liverpool's awful one-way
system
and following Ang's sports car at the same time!
The Royal Albert Docks way in.
Some canoeing at The Royal Albert Docks.
CMA's the one in the forground.
Dave & Lee. (Well Raz already did the Friday and Cat bit)
Fred Talbot's famous weather map. I've *actually* seen it.
The Reservoir Dogs shot Raz wishes he had taken.
The Liver Building from futher away.
Ang's bottom. And CMA's.
Part #3 Pleasure Island
After our most entertaining walk round the docks in boiling hot
sunshine, Pleasure Island was the destiantion for a game of bowls
or something. After another drag race following Ang through
Liverpool we all arrived safely.
The bottom bits of CMA, Ang and Raz.
The gang settle down to a nice uncompetitive game of bowls.
Ang's bottom (and Raz's)
My front.
This is about as artistic as it gets.
We'd just been go-karting. I got the donkey trap
cart and had to suffer the humiliation of being lapped
by Ang. However considering her driving skills through
the town centre, it was probably just me being crap.
You are supposed to have to push your go-kart up hill
aren't you?
Ang looking silly again. (Told you.)
Anyway she probably stands more chance on dobbin
the electric horse than our jockeys at the olympics.
The bottom of the girl at the "fast-food" place.
Raz's bottom - See, I didn't leave a stone unturned.
The motley crew.
Another shabby lot.
Ang's sports car.
The End.
