This is a file of information about the coming Neo 3 expansion
(that should be released next week.)  It includes a list of the
cars that will appear in the N3 expansion (NOT translations), and
slightly incomplete translations of the cards that appear in the
N3 Premium File.

==========| II. What to do with it?

You may print this out for your OWN, PERSONAL USE.  That's what
it's here for.  No, you may not use this on your personal sites.

WITHOUT MY _EXPRESS_ PERMISSION.  I'm sorry, but I don't think
that I will be changing the names to the American version any
time soon.  Do some legwork for adapted names.

==========| IV. Neo 3 Card List

N3 introduced the "3 Star" rarity card.  It has three stars
instead of one at the bottom right of the card.  It is
approximately three times as hard to get.  The cards are the
equivalent to the "shiny" Pokemon that appear in the Gameboy
game.
