Qbasic is a simple language which comes with almost any computer. It should be in the dos directory, but if you can't find it, it is perfectly legal to copy any version later than 4.5. So just get it from a friend.
Qbasic is a very simple language to use. It's words are almost completely english, and can easily be used. If you don't know a word it also has a help file to show you the use of each word. Although it isn't worded very well you should be able to figure it out. But if you can't, check out this page for help on almost every word.
