FYE! at the Kentucky Derby and Mint Jubilee Transcript

An introduction to the events (the transcript starts after this): The Mint Jubilee and the Kentucky Derby are both held every year on Louisville, Kentucky.
The Mint Jubilee is "one of the hottest parties during the Kentucky Derby weekend", it is one pre-Derby party, actually one of the most popular. Matt Battaglia (the show's host for that episode) is the co-founder of the Mint Jubilee, after she lost her mother, who died of cancer, the money raised from the event goes to the James Graham Cancer Center, and the new Mint Jubilee Cancer Resource Center, celebrities, mainly Matt's celebrity friends all attend to help the cause. This year (2001) was the 127th running of the Kentucky Derby, a horse racing event held the morning following the Mint Jubilee party, and from what the show says, celebrities bet on horses.
This year, celebrities like Melissa Joan Hart, Shanon Elizabeth, Dana Delaney, Thora Birch, Bo Derek, Leslie Bibb, French Stewart, among lost of others, attended this year.
The first time Thora is spotted by the camera, she whispers "hello", smiling, and then proceeds to drink from her cup, still smiling.
Voice Over: "Matt's celebrity friends came to the Mint Jubilee in droves to support their pal and the cause."
Thora Birch: "To me this is all terribly exciting because I've never been to any sort of horse race, EVER, so when I got the invitation to come to the Mint JUBILEE which I'd always heard about, the party you know how great, hmmm, what a wonderful time it is and also the Kentucky Derby I was like "Yes! I'm going!".
After that Thora is spotted again (when the voice over says: "And hollywood's elite came out to join the madness") along with other celebrities being taken photos, but that's just a brief clip.
Finally, she appears at the end, with Matt, wearing big red sunglasses and smiling:
Matt: "That's all the time we have on FYE! here at the Kentucky Derby, Thora Birch was one of our guests, thank you for coming in."
Thora: "Thank you for having me it was fun."
Matt: "Did you have a good time in the Mint Jubilee?"
Thora (before Matt finishes the question): "I had a GREAT time at the Mint Jubilee (laughs). I think people had too much fun, it was almost illegal (smiles)."
(Matt laughs)
Matt: "I can't tell you a little certain story, but she was um...."
Thora (before he finishes speaking): "Alright, stop." (laughs).
(Matt laughs).
Matt: "We're gonna cut out here, we wanna thank all of our corporate sponsors here at the Mint Jubilee Agon Insurances, Inside Communications, US Airways and um, L Genie, thank you so much for having us, we're having a great time".
Thora (shaking her head as in "yes"): "Oh yeah! Bye!" (smiles) (laughs).
