As a professional refrigeration engineer, I personally designed a climate-control system that is optimized for automobile preservation.  It heats and dehumidifies in the winter, and cools and dehumidifies in the summer.  Relative humidity never reaches above 50%, minimizing conditions that promote rust and deterioration.

The building is inherently secure by means of double-locking each door and reinforcing other possible means of entry.  The electronic security system incorporates both motion-detecting and door-opening sensors.  A highly visible and audible alarm is activated, alerting neighbors and law enforcement officers.  The security system is also activated in event of fire or smoke.  All precautions are taken to ensure that insecurity is prevented.  In the 13 year history of Bippus Automobile Storage, there has never been a breach of security.
