排便
有一個中國人移民到美國,可是他的英文不太好
有一天他患了嚴重的便秘去看醫生
醫生開要給他並叫他七天後再回診看看有沒有改善
七天以後,他又去看醫生
醫生問他:"Are you moved?"(你排便了嗎?)
他回答:"No"
醫生就再開強一點的藥給他
七天之後,回診時醫生又問他:"Are you moved?"
他又回答:"No."
於是醫生只好開了最強的便秘藥給他
又過了七天
醫生問:"Are you moved?"
他說:"No. Move tomorrow. House full of shit!"

用ｉｃｑ寄給網友後，收到網友的回函問到：”why is ur school the most weird college?"
我告訴它應該是因為學校都把錢拿去買電腦擴充設備且學校電腦還真是不少云云。。。
她回說:"really? is that the reason? but sounds not so strange..."
哈！哈！哈！她把WIRED搞成WEIRD了啦！

入夏,去百貨公司買防曬油.白淨面孔的女售貨員說:"See! I use this cream every single day
and look at the results!"
我馬上反應:"How about the double day?"
看著她發楞,我還在問:"every other day?"
在我旁邊的妹妹,從此又撿到一個笑話.

Better Place
同事Mary另謀高就已有一段時間.一些平時與她聯絡的客戶向我問她的近況.我就回答說:
"She is at a better place now"客戶聽了後變得很愕然,還很悲哀地問:"What? How sad!
Waht happened to her?"
我看到他那樣子,明白我用錯了詞句,馬上解釋說:"she found a new job. She is working at a
better place now."
因為"She is at a better place."的意思是:"她已上了天堂."

Too Many Irons on the Fire
那天我和Marilyn約好去Sandra家中坐坐,我晚到了.才要打開紗門,就聽見Marilyn嚷嚷說
".............too many irons on the fires.........."我不知道是什麼東西在火上,又不希望有什麼意外發生,
結果啥都沒有!!
原來[too many irons on the fires]表示一個人有太多是要做,太忙了!就像以前老祖母放很多
熨斗在火爐上,衣服一件接著一件燙,忙不過來.
這可真是現代人的寫照!
