Habitat: I found him partially covered with dry leaves and grass. He was under a couple of small American Holly bushes. He was on the edge of a southeast facing old field that had many pockets of Blackberry, rose and thick mixed grasses. The nearby tree cover is mainly Poplar , Red Maple and American Holly with a ground cover and understory of Blackberry, Sumac, Sassafras and mixed grasses and Goldenrod.
