He would be widely forgotten
He would have gone up to the sky
He'd be here all too briefly
If it wasn't for the likes of you
He would seem to fade away
His isolation would remain
So many wouldn't see who he really is
If it wasn't for your attraction
He'd remain only a repeat on the screen
He'd always remain the same
Then he'd blow away
His trap has given out
With the help of you
He got his feet free
He still exists due to you
If you weren't so fascinated
If you had stopped with his reign
He wouldn't be here
Only an occassional dream would bring him to surface
Now there's graffitti upon the wall
Now there's a mind not here
Now there's a heart inspired
When there could have been nothing at all
Now he's stealing time
Now he still graces one's eyes
Now he even leaves stains behind
Everyon'e claims "he's mine"
