50/50
(F/S)
This grind is Frontside (F/S) because the obstacle you are going to grind is on the front side of your body.  This can be done on any grinding obstacle.

1. Gain speed going parallel or at the obstacle with a slight angle.

2. When you are approaching the obstacle, do an ollie onto it.  You may need to jump forward onto the obstacle depending on how close you are; this isn't very hard.  You also may need to shift your weight backward (behind you) since momentum is taking you forward and you may fall off

3. While grinding, keep your body over the board and your weight distributed evenly through your feet.

4. If you begin falling backward, put pressure on your bag foot and do a kickturn off the obstacle and ride away.  If you make it to the end, put a LITTLE pressure on the tail to get the board even and drop off.
