5-0 Grind
1. Ride at a slight angle with the obstacle and your feet in the ollie position.

2. Pop the board up but keep the nose up, do not level it out.  You should still slide your front
foot forward.  You may need to jump forward to land on the obstacle.

3. Once you land on the obstacle, keep the tail down, sliding against the grinding surface.  Make
sure you're leaning forward to avoid bailing.

4. Keep leaning forward and once you get to the end, even out the board by taking the pressure from your back foot off the tail.
