360 Flip
1. Place your front foot in the position you would have it if you were doing a kickflip.  Maybe for a little help, tilt it so your toes are pointing towards the nose of the board.

2. Have the toes of your back foot hanging about 1-2 inches off the toe side for extra scoop.

3. You will bend your knees at first and scoop the tail of the board to make it start spinning.

4. While you begin step 3, kick your front foot out to make the board flip.

5. Watch the board spin the full 360 degrees
and jump forward, since the board pops forward, while putting your feet down to land.  Make sure that you are landing on the screws, avoiding to snap the board and leaning slightly forward.
