FBI Agent Jason Wells must fake his own death in order to infiltrate and dismantle the renegade terrorist cadre Division 5. Re-christened Jason Black, then he resurfaces as a rookie assassin eager to study with master marksman and Division 5 assassin Quinn Simmons.
