As Black Mask searches for the biological abnormality which gave him super powers, he discovers a terrorist plot to drop a DNA-altering bomb on the human race! In order to foil the plot, Mask will have to tangle with a cadre of chemically-altered professional wrestlers who have the ability to morph into dangerously powerful mutants.
