When a police chief (Matt Lee Whitlock) of a small Florida town 'borrows' money from the evidence room so he can pay for an expensive medical procedure for the woman he has always been in love with, his dream of life with her is blown away when she dies in an arson-related incident, and all of the evidence points to him being the culprit. Now, with his reputation and career on the line, an otherwise good cop must resolve his life before he runs...out of time.
