Jackie Chan stars as Dragon. Dragon and Tiger are brothers. Dragon replaces Tiger in a martial arts competition as Tiger has been injured. When Dragon loses the competition, he discovers the rival is his brother. Tiger is thrown out of the academy for a misdeed and gets involved in the underworld. Dragon leaves the academy to search for his brother and soon enough he is mistaken for the identity of Tiger and accused of murder!
