Jackie Chan stars as Dragon. Dragon and Tiger are brothers. Dragon replaces Tiger in a martial arts competition as Tiger has been injured. When Dragon loses the competition, he discovers the rival is his brother. Tiger is thrown out of the academy for a misdeed and gets involved in the underworld.
