This black comedy will tell the story of a hitman who has the nickname of "Ump." The reason for the name is due to a strict set of rules to which he adheres. The film will follow Ump after he's knocked off two-thirds of a triplet mob boss team. He's hiding out in a small town in New Jersey where he ends up becoming a hero of sorts, cleaning up and out the town's undesirables, while he waits for the opportunity to rub out the third surviving triplet. | |||||||||||
