When are the occurrences? ( the time )

Is there a specific time of the month or week that things occur?

Are the occurrences related to habits of a/the deceased?

Is there an area where most of the activity takes place?

How long has the activity been going on?

Has there been any damage or pain inflicted on the occupants of the house?

Have any objects been moved and/or returned?

Is there actual movement, or merely the sound of the movement. ie. are the doors actually opened or just sound as though they were?

Are there any unnatural sounds? (a sound of something that is not actually present)

Are there any temperature changes?

Are there any smells?

Is anyone suffering from headaches, nausea, chills or pains that have occurred when or around the time of the occurrences?

Are you the only one experiencing these things and does it occur only to those who are alone?

Had you been trying various forms of communication with the dead? ie Ouija Board, table rapping, automatic writing or seances?

What is the general consensus of the house? Do all believe or just some.

Is there any change in sleeping habits or the type of dreams being experienced?

Are there any animals, how are they reacting?

Are there any plants, in what state of health are they?

Are you or whoever is experiencing the phenomena, experimenting with drugs or alcohol?

Are the occurrences directed at one individual or at the whole family?

Is there anyone angry at you? (Or whoever is being harassed)

Is it intelligent?

Are any objects being broken either in view or close by?

Is there a pattern to the activity? ie: does it follow a routine or are the occurrences seemingly random.

Do you study any metaphysical or occult subjects?

Have you been practicing any metaphysical or occult subjects?

Do you want it to stay or is the object to remove it from your home?

Is anyone in the family on a prescribed medication? Why?

Does anyone in the house have a history of mental problems?

Is the experience confined to the home or does it follow a person? Ie: If "Geoff" leaves the house, does he experience the same things at school or at a friend's house.

Does it remain indoors or does it go outside?

Do the experiences always cease in the same place? ie. It may start anywhere but the last thing is always slamming a particular door, etc.

Is there any visual contact?
