The Bwarian Culture

The Bwarians are a group of Semi-nomadic hunter gatherers who have recently become part of the Midgardian political system through peaceful means. The Bwarians are made up of four major tribes and about a dozen minor tribes who are at the very least loosely aligned to at least one of the Major tribes. The four major tribes are the Tantufi's, the Oberites, the Nepthalites and the Nasontunites.

The Tantufi's are by far the most traditional of the four tribes and constantly long for the times described to them in the ancient texts. Though they do not actively fight Midgard troops, they openly criticize the general lifestyle of the Midgard people and ridicule any bwarians who try to imitate it. They are mostly seeking a way to banish all Midgard influence from teh Borialand Province. The Tantufi's have no home city but instead have a huge wandering nomad tribe that contains about 30,000 warriors and almost 100,000 population. The Tribe moves around and so is difficult to find.

The Oberites are generally held in low regard by teh other three tribes as they constantly make and break deals without any regard to the consequences to other tribes or other people. They are mostly preoccupied with personal short term gain and are willing to provide any servive for teh right price. The home city of the Oberites is the city of Oberwesel.

The Nepthalites are teh priesthood of teh Bwarian culture. No other tribe is able to join teh priesthood of teh Bwarian religion and all Nepthalite males are priests in the religion while all females perform a variety of tasks including maintenance and administration. The Nepthalites spend most of their time trying to keep the peace between the other tribes and so hve gained teh help of the Gift Religion, though they have widely conflicting theological views. The home city of the Nepthalites is the city of Riesengebirge.

The Nasontunites are the most warlike of all the tribes and have developed a very good relationship with teh Boda Family. The relationship has developed so far that they are gaining many of the characteristics of the Boda faction. Before Boda influence, the Tribe of Nasontun had had the same family rule as Khan for 7 generations but inonly the past 20 years, seven different families have risen and fallen as khan due mainly to the competitive nature that the Boda Family seem to be instilling in the Nasontunites. This has caused much concern for the Nepthalites, who are trying to council the higher ranks of the tribe in order to keep the peace. The home city of the Nasontunites is Nasontun.

Goals - Tantufi's

1 The effetive removal off all Midgard influence in the Boriland Province.
2 The removal of the city base for the Bwarian Culture.
3 The reversion of Major tribes to true tribal life.

Goals - Oberite's

1 The promotion of the Oberite tribe.
2 Gain money and land for the Oberite tribe.
3 Gain political influence for the Oberite tribe.

Goals - Nepthalite's

1 The peaceful coexistence of the Bwarian and Midgardian people.
2 Promote the Bwarian religion in Midgard.
3 Promote the Gift Religion.

Goals - Nasontunite's

1 The destruction of all forces that attack the Bwarians.
2 Gain one city in the FrostMarch Province.
3 Support the Boda Family.
