Rules:
There are a few simple rules to winning a dcaddicts award.
- First and foremost...you must have a Dawson's Creek webpage.
- You must be a 'member' of DCaddicts. Note: If you can't for some reason place webrings on your site...email me explaining you're situation.
- Fill out the following form completely.
- Somehow you're page content must show me that you are a DCaddict!! (Even people with little HTML experience can win my award.)
- Last but not least...sign my guestbook! :) (ok...not a necessary step...but it would be nice!)
There are three different awards:
First there is the Addicted to DC Cool Site Award
This award is given out every week to sites that are full of cool Dawson's Creek info, pictures, or just plain love of Dawson's Creek (note: more than one page can win this award every week).
At the end of each month, 1 site is picked out of the all the DCaddicts cool sites and will receive the DCaddicts of the Month award.
You will get to vote for your favorite by filling out a form and naming who you think deserves the award (ballot stuffing may disqualify a site). You must have a valid email address -- an email verifying your vote will be sent back to you. To confirm your vote, you MUST follow the directions on the email, otherwise you're vote will not be counted.
The most coveted of these three awards is the DCaddict of the Year award.
NOte: The voting procedure uses a simple form based email. That is why it's not necessary to enter an email address. The form will automatically reply to the email set as the 'reply-to' email address. If this is a problem (ie. the 'reply-to' is you're parents address or something to that effect) email me directly with your choice and follow the directions as mentioned above. :)
The voting rules are the same as for the monthly award, only you will now be choosing from the DCaddicts sites of the month for that year.
