Welcome to my PhotoBlog! This is my very 1st but I'm excited to be sharing my #1 passion with you. So here's just a little bit about me:

As I write this in February 2006, I'm a 27yr old, MWAC (Mum With A Camera), aspiring to open a photography business this year. My favourite subjects are children and once open for business I will be specialising in B&W Maternity, Newborn and Children's photography. I'm also very happily married and have two gorgeous girls, Taylah Paige is 3yrs and Jasmyn Jayde is my baby at 1yr.

Most of the pics you see here will be of my Girls but occasionally you might get a landscape or abstract. I've always loved photography but like most first time Mum's having my eldest daughter turned it into a passion. I wanted to capture every moment of her so that I could treasure it forever.

I started out with a 2.1 mp Canon IXUS which worked well for me in the begining. Once I really started getting interested in it I moved onto a Canon 300D which is the camera I use now, along with my 100mm macro f2.8 lens. I think I've outgrown this camera though so I'm saving for a Canon 5D, a couple more lenses and lots of bits.
