Wednesday Night Chaos

[Instead of the usual arena view that opens up Chaos, we see the Crippler sitting in his wheelchair infront of a black backdrop that says "Pioneer Wrestling Association" in fancy white lettering.  The Crippler clears his throat and speaks.]

Crippler: Good Evening, Ladies and Gentlemen.  Due to a cutback in funding from the Aegian Dreams Corporation, I regret to inform you that Wednesday Night Chaos will be taking on a new form starting this week.  Starting today Chaos will only feature a summary of the matches with the exception of the main event that will air in full form.  This is by no means a permananent change but will remain in effect until such a time as the Aegian Dreams Corporation deams that they can afford to air a full hour of Chaos.  So without further ado here is the PWA's own Bud Adams with todays recap.

[The camera fades off the Crippler to a room similiar to the one where the WWF hosts "Slamjam" PWA merchandise is hanging all over the walls, a real life sized cardboard cut out of Project-X, The Monkey's Bananas, giant foam fingers and t-shirts of every shape size and color.  The newest item is the brand new Natural Selection shirt.  Bud Adams is standing in the middle of the room.]

Bud Adams: Good Evening Ladies and gentlemen and welcome to Wednesday Night Chaos Recap.  Our first match of the night featured the current PWA hardcore champion Grendle facing the newcomer The Blacksheep Will Bradley.  However in a last minute executive decision, the Crippler decided to take Will Bradley out of the match and replace him with another newcomer Ares!

Grendle Vs. Ares

The match was back and forth for sometime with Ares showing quite a lot of fight for a newcomer against the proven champion Grendle.  After about 7 minutes of good fighting Ares manged to hit Grendle with a Samoan drop which left him weak enough to apply his finisher "The Hand of Death" In which he picked up Grendle and choked him in midair for 5 seconds following up with a chokeslam from hell.  Ares was then able to make the pin and pick up the three count.

Winner: Ares via Pinfall

The next match featured The Brothers Grimm taking on the team of Styxx and Creed who have to work together before they are going to fight at Millenium Meltdown for the Internet championship.

The Brothers Grimm Vs. Styxx and Creed

Styxx and Creed could not work together in this match, there was to much bad blood between them.  As a result Grifter was able to hit the Buzz bomb on Creed giving the Brothers Grimm some good momemntum leading up to their tag team match at Meltdown.

Winner: The Brothers Grimm via Pinfall

Our third match was a texas tornado tag match.  Meaning that it was tag-style elimination, with the wrestlers fighting until there is only one man left.  In this match, the untrusting team of The Man and The Magician faced The Great One and Fletcher.

The Man and The Magician Vs. Fletcher and The Great One.

The Magician and Fletcher started this one out while the Man sat on the steps an sulked.  It was obvious that he didn't trust his partner The Magician.  Fletcher was really taking it to the Magian but The Man was not even watching the match.  The fans began to chant for The Man and he slowly got up and looked around to see Fletcher stomping The Magician in their corner.  At this time The Man reached out and tagged himself into the match and began to take it to Fletcher.   The Man hit Fletcher with everything in his arsenal and even slapped Fletcher into his finishing move "Who's The Man"  Luckily for Fletcher The Great One was on hand to make the save.  Fletcher was then able to tag in the Great One who fought on fairly even gorund with the Man.  The Man was able to get over to his corner and Tag the Magician back in.  The Magician continued to weaken The Great One be was also able to tag fletcher back in.  The Magican let the Man back in the ring and he and fletcher were exchange hard right hands in the middle of the ring.  They both went off the ropes but collided in midair and both fell to the mat with an arm over the over person. The referee made the 1,2,3 and both Men were eliminated.  The Great One and the Magician continued to fight for another couple of minutes but The Magician had the advantage and hit his finisher "Rope Trick" on The Great One leading into the 3 count.

Winner: The Magician via Pinfall

And now ladies and Gentlemen, we take you back to Brian and Jon for the main event!

[The scene cuts to a jam packed arena with screaming fans!  The camera focuses in on the announcers table where Brian and Jon are sitting.]

Jon McDaniel - Welcome to the main event.  An intense rivalry has been heating up lately between Cinergy and Ashe, I think that Cinergy is out looking for a little revenge after Ashe beat him for a spot at the PPV for the television title!

Brian Rentfro - The only way to settle this argument is in the ring! Not only that, but these boys are going to duke it out Hardcore style!

Ring Announcer - Ladies and Gentlemen the following match is scheduled for one fall.  Making the ring at this time from Birmingham Alabama weighing in at 275.  Ashe!

[5 seconds before he coems out to the arena the lights dim to almost pitch black. He stands on the entrence way Triple H style, but instead of holding his arms up he looks around. He stands there for 5 seconds, then walks down the entrence ramp & walks to the ring slowly. He gets in the ring, throws a fist up in the air & the lights come back on. He then prepares for his match.]

Ring Announcer - and his opponent from Cincinatti Ohio. Cinergy!

[The lights flash red as Cinergy comes down the ramp into the ring.  Cinergy has a baseball bat resting on his shoulder.  He runs into the ring and takes a swing at Ashe who is standing in the center of the ring.  Luckily Ashe ducks the swing and rolls out of the ring looking for a weapon to stop that bat.]

Jon McDaniel - Strike one!

[Ashe lifts up the ring apron hopeing to find something.  He pulls out a steel chair and lifts it over his head just in time to block a crushing blow from Cinergy who is still standing in the ring.  The sound of wood hitting steel reverberates throughout the arena as Cinergy drops the bat and winces rubbing his hands.  Ashe does likewise with the chair shaking his hands trying to get a little feeling back into them.

Brian Rentfro - Did you hear that!

[Ashe grabs Cinergy's ankle and drops him onto his ass pulling him out of the ring.  Ashe tosses head first into the announcers table.  Ashe comes over and tries to smash Cinergy's head into the table but Cinergy sticks out his arm and counters the move sending Ashe's head into the table.  Cinergy then picks up Ashe and goes to throw him into the ring post but Ashe reverses it sending Cinergy crashing into the post.  As Cinergy staggers at Ringside Ashe hits him with a spinning hell kick sending him down to the floor.  Ashe then climbs up onto the apron and begins to climp the turnbuckle]

Jon McDaniel - He is going up!

[Ashe leaps from the top turnbuckle hoping for an elbow drop on Cinergy who is lying on the floor..... He moved! Cinergy rolls out of the way causing Ashe to drop 10 feet down to the floor.  Ashe is rolling aroun holding his elbow while Cinergy grabs the ring announcers chair.  Cinergy lifts the chair high above his head and brings it crashing down into the back of Ashe.  Cinergy goes for the pin one the floor. 1...2... kickout!]

Brian Rentfro - Ashe still has a little bit of fight left in him!

[Cinergy picks up Ashe and sends him flying into the guard rail and flipping over into the crowd.  Cinergy comes charging after Ashe and he tries to jump of the guard rail into the crowd but Ashe catches him in midair and slams him down into the ground!  Ashe is now stomping Cinergy with his big boot.  Ashe goes for a knee drop and makes a cover in the crowd! 1.. kickout!]

Jon McDaniel - Unbelievable!

[Ashe pulls Cinergy to his feet and throws him into the guard rail.  Ashe follows up with a clothesline and send Cinergy back to ringside.  Now Ashe goes back looking underneath the ring apron for a weapon.  He pulls out a folding table and sets it up.  He goes over to try and throw Cinergy into the table but Cinergy reverses it! Cinergy hits THE BOLT on the stunned Ashe sending him crashing through the table!  Cinergy makes the cover on the table and the ref counts 1...2...3!

Ring Announcer - The winner of this match! Cinergy!

Jon McDaniel - What a great match! remember rampage is cancelled this week in lieu of Meltdown.  See you there!

[The Ref raises Cinergys hand as Wednesday Night Chaos goes of the air.]
